The plots are located slightly below the B 83 federal highway on a gentle slope. Access (in the direction of the Wernberg highway entrance) is from Villach through the Zauchen district via Ferdinand-Wedenig-Straße, which runs parallel to the B 83 federal highway. There is also a bridged access road to the B 83 in the immediate vicinity of the property, which leads to Villach.
The A2 south highway runs right through the municipality of Wernberg with its own access road in the direction of Klagenfurt/Vienna and an exit coming from Klagenfurt/Vienna. There is a small train stop in Wernberg/Föderlach.
